Nicole “Nikki” Dionne McInnis, age 36, transitioned to a state of eternal peace on July 8, 2025, in Marietta, Georgia. Nicole was born on July 25, 1988, in Rochester, New York to Elizabeth Taylor and Michael McInnis. Nicole was a loving daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend. She loved listening to music; her favorite artists were Micheal Jackson, Prince, Aaliyah, Chris Brown, NAS, Tupac, and Jay Z. She enjoyed reading, coloring, shopping, joking with her brothers, relaxing at the beach, exploring various cuisines, watching horror movies and playing Mario Cart with her mom, and spending time with her family and friends. Nicole, known for her kindness and generosity towards others, was the glue that bonded her family members together, those both near and far. She was notable for her compassion for others and guidance that kept you balanced. Nicole's passing has left a void in the hearts of her family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by her. Nicole was gifted with a kind heart, a loving spirit, and a beautiful smile so contagious that it made anyone in her presence smile and made you feel some kind of special. Remember Nicole not for the way her life ended, but for the way she lived her life and the great impact she had on those who had the pleasure of knowing her. Nicole is survived and missed by her loving mother, Elizabeth Taylor, and her brothers, Marcus Taylor and Michael McInnis. She was predeceased by her grandparents John L. and Hattie Pearl Taylor, her grandparents Roosevelt and Lynette McInnis, and her father Michael McInnis. She also leaves behind her uncles, Johnnie, Robert, and Alvin, her aunts, Karen, Marilyn, and Michelle, numerous cousins, and many other family members and friends who will deeply miss her. Although Nicole's physical presence may no longer grace our lives, her spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us. May her memory be a blessing, and may we carry forth her legacy of love and compassion in all that we do. As you continue to bless us with your spirit, dear Nicole, your light will forever shine brightly in our hearts. “Into the music I go, to lose my mind, and find my soul.”
